New to North Newton!

I've just begun an animation club at North Newton School. The students are all really enthusiastic, and I was interested to see that they took time and care planning their projects and designing and preparing props. This means they will produce less at the start, but the stories are well prepared and the end result will be all the better for it.

Here's their first week's contributions - I look forward to good things :-)

Here they worked with play dough, and discussed how they could keep their figure together. They decided that the 'stick' that they needed would be a feature of the animation. Well done.

This is great work, too. And we wondered if next week they could animate the movement of the word 'flower'.
